On Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 9:49 a.m., Mr. Kenneth Eugene Fuller was called home to rest in eternal peace. Kenneth, affectionately known as “Kenny,” was born on March 21, 1959, in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late Barbara Fuller, mother, and the late Eugene Davis, father. Kenny was one of five children. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Watford, and his sister, Janet Fuller-Jones. He leaves behind his brother, Dr. Bruce E. Fuller, and his sister, Patricia Fuller. Kenny had a deep love for football and faithfully cheered for his favorite team, the San Francisco 49ers, every season. In his earlier years, he worked as a DJ, a truck driver, and later with The Virginian Pilot, where he retired for the second time. Wherever Kenny was, laughter followed. He was well known for his humorous personality, his warm spirit, and especially for the love he shared with his wife, Kim. There was never a dull moment in his presence, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Mr. Kenneth E. Fuller leaves to mourn his passing his devoted wife, Kim Fuller; daughter, Secara Fuller (Dontrell); six grandchildren: Ja’Rod, Jayda, Jordan, Ja’Nya, Trianna, and Da’Trell; one great-grandchild, Montana; his brother, Dr. Bruce E. Fuller (Diane); his sister, Patricia Fuller; his close friend, Mr. Willie Lee; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, a great-niece, and many cherished friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Fuller; father, Eugene Davis; brother, Paul Watford; and sister, Janet Fuller-Jones. He is survied by his brother-in-law Keith Jones
